Most machining centers need to saw cut pieces almost to size before finish machining. We can nest items for better yield and share material between jobs and smaller items to reduce the customer’s cost of material.
Also, no time-consuming clamping materials are used, work pieces are held in place using a strong full bed vacuum hold down. In addition, when work is required on the opposite side, the material is held in place with a pocket cut to size in the table surface.

Counter bores, pockets, steps, angles, inside or outside rounding and channels are prepared accurately with multiple cutting tools and fine Z drive program adjustments.
4-40 to tapping for inserts like Helicoils and Keenserts are prepared on a large secondary operation table using a tapping flex arm.
