How large of a part can you cut ?
60″ x 144″ x 4 inches thick
Can you cut large diameters?
We can cut a 60-inch diameter accurately.
Can you cut patterns?
Yes, we can cut any design up to 60″ x 144″.
How accurate are your cuts in size and position?
Our work is a standard +/- .005 inch.
How small of a hole can you drill?
.032″ or 1/16″
How large of a hole can you cut?
60″ diameter through or any depth up to 4 inches
Do you cut steel or stainless?
We can’t cut steel or stainless steel.
Do I have to buy material and send it to you?
Normally, we have a stock of most Aluminum and can order other materials as needed. If we have the material and other customers use it, we will only price the work with the material used not a full sheet.
Can you do work on both sides?
Yes, we make a fixture and accurately secure and work on the other side.
Do your clamps leave marks on the parts?
We don’t use clamps the work is held on the table by a vacuum.
Are the edges at an angle like water jet or blow out the back as with Laser?
The edges are square with a smooth finish.
